Our culture is driven by our family values.  We believe in fun at work and celebrating achievements.  We have silly dress up days, fun competitions and offer exciting rewards when goals are met. Our team is dedicated to improving the health and functional abilities of children with special medical and developmental needs. We strive to make a difference in the lives of children through individualized physician-directed care in their homes or at our facilities. We also have an annual event called Trees for Tots where we give away Christmas trees to families with special needs children. We truly care about those we serve and those we work with and employ.
